Questions before first serve
When does my first bag ship?+
First subscription deliveries are roasted, packaged, and ship starting October 8, 2026, just like our pre-orders.
When am I billed?+
Your first delivery is billed when you subscribe. After that you're billed on your schedule (every 2, 4, or 6 weeks from your start date), and each billed delivery ships on our next roast day.
What does "Alternate both" mean?+
Your deliveries trade off: First Serve on one, Second Wind on the next, and so on. Same bag count each time.
Can I change my coffee, grind, or bag count later?+
Yes. Switch coffees, change grind, or change how many bags you get before your next delivery. There's no bag limit.
How do skipping, pausing, and canceling work?+
Use the Manage subscription link on this page (sign in with your email) to skip, pause, update your card, or cancel anytime before your next billing date. You can also email [email protected]. Once a delivery is roasted and packed, it ships.
How much is shipping?+
Free on every delivery with 2 or more bags. A 1-bag subscription adds $6.50 shipping per delivery. We ship within the United States.
Which grind should I pick?+
Whole bean stays fresh longest if you have a grinder. Ground is ready for drip and pour-over right out of the bag.
Can I use a promo code on a subscription?+
The subscriber price is already built in, so promo codes don't apply to subscriptions.
